can i know how to add a friends only banner on a locked post in livejournal ? the friends only banner can be viewed by the public though.how do i do that ? thank you.

I think you want to put a friends only banner on a PUBLIC entry, so that people that aren't on your friends list can see it.
If you have a paid account then you can upload the picture to scrapbook and designate the security of the picture then.
