How do you make your livejournal friends only?

I've been trying to figure out how to make my livejournal friends only, and also how to use a friends only banner. Can anyone help me?

Do you use Semagic to update with? If so, click on the option for "friends only" and then save settings. It will automatically default to friends only each time you post an entry.





If you use the web to update, you'll have to manually set the entry to friends-only.





There used to be a tool that would automatically convert your entire journal to FO, but I can't seem to find it now. You may have to go back and make each one FO by yourself.





As for a FO banner, just create a new entry, paste in the img code, and that's that. It's just like posting a picture.

be in a public entry


be uploaded to a site or image host that allows remote loading to LiveJournal.
