I've had a Livejournal account for a while, but for some reason it never occured to me to post something or change the layout until now. Are there any patient people that would walk me through this step-by-step, or else just make one for me? I just have a basic account.

The best way to change your livejournal account is in your profile settings under JOURNAL CUSTOMIZE.
