There are a *ton* of communities on LJ devoted to creating layouts for free, and for specific users by request. Some communities you might want to check out:

If you don't find anything you like there, try following links from various users in those communities to other, more specific communities or user journals that might be able to provide you graphics or graphic help. Good luck.
