Which do you prefer? Blogging, livejournal, or something totally different.?

I have just started blogging because I enjoy keeping a journal with pictures and things about my 4 month old daughter who is my life. A friend recommended that I use livejournal instead, but I'm not so sure I like it. Right now I am using blogger.com through google.. it's completely free. Which do you like best? Blogger/Blogging, Livejournal, or something totally different? thanks

I love Live Journal, but I know there are better blogging services out there. I'm just partial to Live Journal. I'd say start a blog on each and play with them. It doesn't cost you anything, so what's the loss?

I would prefer wordpress blogging primarily because of following features.





1. It hosts max. no. of blogs on the planet.





2. Its free and open source. If you want to setup wordpress blogging on your own site it can be done without any issues. I don't know any other blogging service which allows me to do that.





3. Its interface is pretty neat and posting blogs is with few clicks. There is not much of give and take between blogspot and wordpress in interface.
